Tania is passionate about helping others learn how to make healthier lifestyle choices to reduce stress, increase energy, productivity, and well-being. Tania believes that the more we learn how to take better care of our bodies and minds, the more we can make choices that reinforce our well-being. In her work, Tania coaches clients to experiment with new ideas and to understand that small changes can make a big difference in the quality of their daily lives.
Tania is author of Happy Healthy & Zen in Paris a practical easy-to-follow self-care guide to help you navigate the ups and downs of adapting to live in a new city. She is also a co-author of Goûter, a healthier twist on snack time a collection of easy-to-make recipes that taste great and make you feel good.
In 2012 she founded Happy Healthy and Zen and continuously offers wellness workshops and health programs that support families, professionals and students living in Paris.
Tania obtained her PhD in Biology from New York University. She is a certified ISTHA yoga teacher registered through Yoga Alliance and earned her health coach certificate via the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
She knows from personal experience how essential it is to learn how to manage stress effectively.
