HH&Z Wellness Programs
3-Month HHZ Wellness Program
This program is ideal for individuals, couples or small groups and has been developed to support you to add more positive thinking, healthier habits and teach you how to relax. My approach is integrative and not restrictive. We will work together in identifying which areas of your life need attention, we will bring awareness into what are the main goals to work on and a step-by step strategy that helps you reach those goals. This can include anything that will help you add more well-being into your daily life.
- Learn to appreciate what is already going well for you.
- Discover what makes your body and mind feel good (i.e. this includes an exploration of breakfast, exercise, uplifting conversations).
- Slowly transition into increasing the good things and experiences in your life (from foods, positive thoughts and mindful moments).
- Integrate and maintain healthy habits with accountability and support.
The result of this program is the ability to be able to savor all those moments, foods and experiences that you didn’t even know existed before or that you had forgotten about. It all starts with awareness and the determination to move forward with support and accountability.
- Meetings are held by phone or in-person in central Paris every 2-weeks.
- Support (via e-mail) between meetings.
- Access to lending library, articles, recipes and meditation resources.
