I’m thrilled to launch the second Menopause Yoga & Mindful Movement Program specifically crafted for women navigating this life stage.

This program offers:

🌿 Practical tools to nurture your mental and physical well-being. 

🌿 Gentle yoga, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help you feel grounded and empowered. 

Program Details:

🌸 The main goal of the 6-week program is:  To inspire women navigating menopause to embrace a Happy, Healthy & Zen lifestyle by integrating mindfulness-based practices, gentle movement, positive self-reflection exercises, and supportive well-being circles. This program aims to enhance mental well-being, foster emotional awareness, and nurture a strong sense of community, creating a foundation for navigating this transformative life stage with more confidence.

  • Start Date: Tuesday January 14, 2025

  • Time: Choose your preferred time, each week, two group classes either at 9h00 am or at 18H00 (Paris time)

  • Yoga, Mindful Movement & Menopause: Each week, we’ll dive into relevant perimenopause / menopause-related topic, helping you understand common symptoms, areas of focus, and how specific yoga and mindfulness-based practices can help.

  • 6 Live Online Yoga Classes:  (60 minutes per week / not recorded to maintain confidentiality) tailored to support your body and mind in this life transition. Breathing techniques, mindful movement, and prompts for reflection.

  • Weekly Journaling Prompts: Reflect on your experiences and emotions to support your personal journey.

  • Bonus: Resources to track your symptoms and tools to help you build a personal (simple but sustainable) home practice beyond the program.
