Feeling calm & present this spring

As we collectively move to a new season, we must allow for time to transition.

The spring harvest has started to appear on our local markets (i.e., green peas, asparagus, artichokes, beets, celery, and watercress). In the same way that nature transitions slowly into the peak of the season, you can also start taking slow (but steady) steps forward in your daily life.

Is there any habit that you would like to upgrade before the end of spring?

As the weather changes you might catch your body eager to move more, craving lighter foods and ready to spend more time outdoors. Listen attentively to these subtle messages from within.

Your morning practice is the perfect moment to start paying attention before you get busy with everything else.

Take advantage of longer days, more sunshine, and sights of flowers around you.

It is a good moment to get inspired to learn something new, meet with friends you haven't seen or organize a walk to a park you know you like. Or you can simply choose to wake up 5-minutes earlier to enjoy the peace and quiet of the spring mornings.

Experiencing moments like these are simple ways to invite more positive experiences into your daily life. You always feel better afterward!

If you are ready to do something different this spring, join us for a fun and inspiring talk next week on April 4. I'll talk about better ways to manage daily stress and how to create more space in your daily life to connect to what brings you joy and what feels meaningful.

If you are ready to protect, cherish and create a new morning routine that adapts to your lifestyle and current life circumstances, let's talk! I'm inspired to share these ideas with you.
