šø Spring has arrived!
There is a mix of joy and excitement while observing the many trees which have started to bloom.
At the same time, there is also a touch of uneasiness while walking down the streets, which reminds us that there is a lot going on outside.
š³ To collectively unwind stress to welcome Spring, I will be leading the next morning Mindful Walk Amongst Trees this Sunday March 26 in collaboration with INSPIRELLE Paris.
As usual, we will have space for group exchanges, mindfulness practices, and we will discuss how to use the uplifting momentum of Spring to move forward.
Leading workshops outdoors in urban spaces is not always easy. There are many variables and unexpected situations.
At the same time, in my opinion, it is an excellent opportunity to train our attention to be in the present moment and to intentionally choose where we want to place our attention.
š It also allows us to practice observing our environment with curiosity. This, and the change in seasons, makes each workshop a completely different experience.
