🪴 Where do you place your emotions?

🌳 I thought about this while leaning my back on a tree and looking at the white clouds and the blue sky, reminding myself how nature is always an accessible place to find quiet time to process emotions.  

📱 In the busy everyday life, when we are spending many hours processing information arriving from digital devices, it might feel that there is no space where to place our emotions, especially those that feel intense.

⛅️ This is a brief reminder that sometimes we just need a brief pause before we can tackle the to do list.
